Yom Ha’Hatzmaut Chicken
Ingredients:- 4 whole boneless chicken cutlets
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 can tomatoes
- ½ onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 jalapeno pepper
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 ½ teaspoons cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Pinch of cayenne
- Sauté the chicken in some oil for 2-3 minutes.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook covered 45 minutes to 1 hour on low.
- May need to add water.
