Hamburguesas de Pescado al Horno

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound fish
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 onion
  • Parsley
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
Instructions:
  • Chop fish fine
  • Mix all except oil and form patties
  • Bake at 350°f for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
