Ingredients:- 1 pound fish
- 1 egg
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 onion
- Parsley
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Chop fish fine
- Mix all except oil and form patties
- Bake at 350°f for 20 minutes
- flipping halfway through.
