Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients:
  • 3 – 3½ cut up whole chicken
  • ¼ cup butter
  • ½ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
  • Heat oven to 425°f
  • Melt butter in pan
  • Mix flour, paprika, salt, pepper and coat chicken with this
  • Place chicken skin side down and bake 30 minutes
  • Flip and bake 20 minutes more until internal temperature reaches 165°f
  • Serve with mashed potatoes
