Crunchy Oven-Baked Tilapia

Ingredients:
  • 4 tilapia fillets (6 oz each)
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ½ cup panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tablespoon parsley
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 425°f.
  • Place fillets on an oiled baking sheet.
  • Mix mayonnaise, lime juice, salt, onion powder, pepper
  • Spread mayonnaise mixture over fish
  • Sprinkle with bread crumbs
  • Bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes
