Tofu Scramble
Ingredients:- Tofu, 16-ounce firm block
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric
- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Crumble tofu with hands.
- Stir-fry tofu in oiled pan with medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Add nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric and garlic powder.
- Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Pour milk and stir.
