Tofu Scramble

Ingredients:
  • Tofu, 16-ounce firm block
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons milk
Instructions:
  • Crumble tofu with hands.
  • Stir-fry tofu in oiled pan with medium heat for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add nutritional yeast, salt, turmeric and garlic powder.
  • Stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  • Pour milk and stir.
