Ground Beef Pasta
Ingredients:- 8 oz rotini pasta (i used penne)
- 1.5 lbs. ground beef (i used 1 lb.)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar (i used more)
- 3 tbsp flour (i used corn starch)
- 16 oz tomato sauce (i used pizza sauce)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ½ cup half and half
- Parsley, oregano, cayenne
- Brown beef (i used wok)
- Add flour and cook
- Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, herbs and spices
- Simmer for 15 minutes
- Cook pasta
- Add pasta, half and half, then cheese, and stir
