Ground Beef Pasta

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz rotini pasta (i used penne)
  • 1.5 lbs. ground beef (i used 1 lb.)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar (i used more)
  • 3 tbsp flour (i used corn starch)
  • 16 oz tomato sauce (i used pizza sauce)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup half and half
  • Parsley, oregano, cayenne
Instructions:
  • Brown beef (i used wok)
  • Add flour and cook
  • Add chicken broth, tomato sauce, herbs and spices
  • Simmer for 15 minutes
  • Cook pasta
  • Add pasta, half and half, then cheese, and stir
