Sausage Egg Cheese Casserole
Ingredients:- 8 oz. vegan breakfast sausage patties
- 6 eggs
- ⅜ cup whole milk
- Black pepper
- ½ cup grated sharp cheddar
- Brown sausage in skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Mix eggs, milk and pepper.
- Add ¾ of the sausage to pan.
- Top with ½ of the cheese
- Pour egg mixture on top
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
- Top with remaining cheese and sausage
- Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes
