Sausage Egg Cheese Casserole

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz. vegan breakfast sausage patties
  • 6 eggs
  • ⅜ cup whole milk
  • Black pepper
  • ½ cup grated sharp cheddar
Instructions:
  • Brown sausage in skillet, breaking it up as it cooks.
  • Mix eggs, milk and pepper.
  • Add ¾ of the sausage to pan.
  • Top with ½ of the cheese
  • Pour egg mixture on top
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes
  • Top with remaining cheese and sausage
  • Continue baking for another 10-15 minutes
