Half Chicken

Ingredients:
  • Whole chicken (4-5 pounds)
  • Potatoes
  • Oil
  • Salt
  • Spices
Instructions:
  • Cut backbone off (two scissor cuts needed)
  • Tuck wings under breast
  • Crack or cut center to flatten out
  • Oil and spice chicken
  • Cut potatoes into ¼ inch rounds
  • Put chicken on top of potatoes
  • Bake 425°f for 40-45 minutes (i did 55 minutes)
