Shrimp Stir Fry

Ingredients:
  • Shrimp (1 pound)
  • Veggies (broccoli, pepper, snap peas, bean sprouts, …)
  • ½ cup soy sauce (i used ¾ cup aminos)
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • Juice of 1 lime (i used less)
  • 1 t cornstarch
  • Pinch red pepper flakes
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Black pepper
  • Salt
  • 2 t vegetable oil
Instructions:
  • Defrost shrimp overnight
  • Stir fry shrimp 2 – 3 minutes until pink, then remove to plate
  • Stir fry veggies
  • Whisk soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, lime juice, spices
  • Add sauce to stir fry along with shrimp
  • Serve mixed with quinoa (rice, noodles, etc..)
