Popcorn
Ingredients:- ½ cup popcorn
- 3 tablespoon oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt (or none!)
- Butter
- Nutritional yeast
- Spices
- Heat oil on medium-high in 4 quart pot
- Add 3 kernels, cover and wait until they pop
- Remove the popped kernels
- Remove from heat and add the rest of the kernels
- Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute
- Return to medium-high heat, keeping lid slightly ajar
- Cook until the popping slows
