Popcorn

Ingredients:
  • ½ cup popcorn
  • 3 tablespoon oil
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (or none!)
  • Butter
  • Nutritional yeast
  • Spices
Instructions:
  • Heat oil on medium-high in 4 quart pot
  • Add 3 kernels, cover and wait until they pop
  • Remove the popped kernels
  • Remove from heat and add the rest of the kernels
  • Wait for 30 seconds to 1 minute
  • Return to medium-high heat, keeping lid slightly ajar
  • Cook until the popping slows
