Citrus Baked Alaska Pollock Recipe

Ingredients:
  • 1-pound alaska pollok fillets
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • ¼ cup melted butter
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
  • Put the pollok in baking dish
  • Combine crushed red pepper, soy, lime, lemon, butter, garlic, salt, pepper and pour over fish
  • Bake at 400°f for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily
  • Baste twice while cooking
  • I used even less salt and added some water, so it doesn’t burn.
  • Maybe reduce temperature?
