Citrus Baked Alaska Pollock Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1-pound alaska pollok fillets
- ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- ¼ cup melted butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Put the pollok in baking dish
- Combine crushed red pepper, soy, lime, lemon, butter, garlic, salt, pepper and pour over fish
- Bake at 400°f for 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily
- Baste twice while cooking
- I used even less salt and added some water, so it doesn’t burn.
- Maybe reduce temperature?
