Roast Beef
Ingredients:- Roast (top round, bottom round, eye round)
- 1 gram kosher salt per pound
- onion powder
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- olive oil
- Rinse, pat dry
- Coat with olive oil
- Mix all spices and salt and coat roast on all sides
- Place on RACK in pan
- Insert meat thermometer
- Bake at 250°F until temperature is at 125°F
- Take out, let rest for 30 minutes, then refrigerate overnight
- Slice using meat slicer
