Bluefish with Mustard and Mayo
Ingredients:- 4 bluefish fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 tablespoons mayo
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- Preheat oven to 350°f
- Put olive oil in bottom of baking dish
- Add bluefish and top with mustard mayo mixture
- Bake 20 minutes or until flakes easily with fork
