Bluefish with Mustard and Mayo

Ingredients:
  • 4 bluefish fillets (6 ounces each)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons mayo
  • 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°f
  • Put olive oil in bottom of baking dish
  • Add bluefish and top with mustard mayo mixture
  • Bake 20 minutes or until flakes easily with fork
